I started HST this week.

I started HST this week and I am testing all of my 15, 10, and 5 rep maxes this week. It is one though workout. Wow! I hope it works like advertised, but even if it doesnt, I needed a change anyways.
 
It's pretty cool man. I was pretty surprised. I took no measurements, but visually gained some good size, Especially in my legs and shoulders. I finished my first HST cycle about a week ago, and am now taking a week off. I think I'm going to work on strength for a while, then go back to HST. If you have any questions just ask. You can always get a good answer on the HST link in the training sticky.

I am just finishing up my first HST cycle and I really liked it. I'll re-take my measurements and post em up when I finish.
 
It seems that a lot of people like it. I have always been a skeptic of low volume, but I am willing to try it out. The science behind makes sense, and it is a change which will keep my fresh.
 
It seems low volume, but the total volume over the course of the week is on par with a 5x5 routine if you do 2 sets per exercise. I feel like that was worth pointing out ;)

Oh, I do realize it and I am very hopeful for good results. It's just very different then what I am used to. I may have some question for you at some point too.
