I start cutting tommorow!!!!!!!

I couldn't wait.. I look bloated and fat. I know its way ahead of my competition but Im gonna go ahead and start trying to cut back. How does this sound for starters? Im gonna be cutting carbs past 5pm, im basically gonna eat more healthy, no more fast foods. 30 minutes cardio every morning on an empty stomach (30 minutes after popping some ECA) I will do this for 4 weeks straight. Weeks 5-8 I will begin to do cardio twice per day, 30 in the morning and 30 at night before bedtime and cut carbs back even further throughout the day. u get the hint.. i will keep lowering carbs and calories closer to show time.. but this is gonna put me starting about 20 weeks out.. do u think thats too soon? I really bulked up so I have alot of work to do! I will also be using DNP starting in week 5, but I am going to be using it in low doses.

I want to do this at a slow pace so I can maintain as much muscle as possible. Once i get the whole routein posted out w/ my diet I will post it.
 
I never cut for a contest, so no advise here, but i would like to wish you luck on your new adventure.... make sure you keep us posted on everything
 
good luck spunky. im in the process of starting my cutting cycle as well. im starting pretty early as well.. as my cutting cycle starts 20 wks out from contest. just think i could come in ripped to shreds.

whats your bf% right know?see this is what i would do i would see that if i have good size and cuts on me and if i need a lot of roids to get ready for the show but i think you should add alittle more roids in there if you can....i dont know how you look bro...do you have a good build on you?
 
I usually diet for 14 weeks, i use 400mg of EQ/week (and no EQ does not get me all that hungry, i am hungry because i'm dieting)and 400 mg of Test, 6-4 weeks out i cut out the test and trade it in for winny 50mg/day. I only do cardio in the morning i start @ 20 min. every other day and slowly move it up to 45min a day (I prefer walking) on empty stomach with ECA. Diet 55% protein 30% carbs & 15% fat (all from Flaxseed oil). It's all clean steamed vegetables, carrots, cucumbers etc. after 3:00 pm. I up my carbs on weekends to about 45%, and go back down on monday. I drop around 25-30 lbs like this.

Good advice, MIKE-XXL,...Spunky keep us posted on your results I'm thinking about entering a show next june and would like to see how your approach goes....all the luck:D
 
Anabolics on the way down will keep you from losing to much mass. Low dose Dnp with high carb and high protein diet, try to reduce fat as low as possible. 200mg ALA 4x with carbs will help you feel decent while working out on dnp. Cals still need to be at maintenece level.

u r a smart man...by preparing "early" you'll feel less stress from the dieting...slowly and surely is def the way to go...ps:if you're thinking of sodium/carb loading...let me know...i can help w/ the last days of prep...--fyi
 
yeah DNP + cardio = bad news. in a lot of cases. like take the guy who posted a couple monthes ago about doing that, he was in a coma for several days. but he was taking no where near "low doses"
 
i would use dnp much, much earlier in the game, that way you will be very close to your contest shape with plenty of time left before the day of the contest, those few weeks should not be used for cutting but reather for tweaking your muscle hardness and fullness.
