Okay in the interest of getting legitimate help I'll be truthful. Please no flames my trainer had me do this.

He had me slowly cycle up to 100 mcgs of clen and 100mcgs or cytmel a day. I've been at this point for 3 weeks. Not one lost pound of body fat. Diet is clean and workeouts are good. Many of you told me not to do this but listeneing to mister masters degree I did it his way.

I've lost so much muscle I'm flabby. I still have the tummy pooch I was trying to get rid of. Where do I go from here.

I'm a 32 year old female. 5 ft 119lbs. Body fat still at 22%

Please help. I'm sincere so please don't scream at me.

wow, that is insane, okay, first off, i would stop the clen cold turkey, then I would very slowly cycle off the T3, going down to 100,75,75,75,50,50,50,25,25,25,12.5,12.5,12.5 those are each seperate days, will take you about 2 weeks to cycle off somewhat safely. You will probably have a rebound from the T3. Best of luck to you. There are things you can do to help with the rebound, but you have time to look up and ask questions about what would be best for you by then.

Obviously your diet is screwed, with a good diet, you could easily lose 6lbs of fat and keep all your muscle, without clen or t3.

I'd try to come off the drugs. Honestly, I don't speak from experience cause I've never used those drugs to get cut.

What works for me:

AM: Pilates or yoga on an empty or almost empty stomach first thing in the morning. Followed by a shake
Weights 5-7 days a week, earlier in the day (12-2 if you did pilates/yoga, 10-11 if you didn't).

No starch at night, just lots of veggies. Egg whites, tofu, fish. Anything that doesn't cause digestion problems.

* Eating until I'm 80% full, not completely full.

* Training abs ED (improves posture which can aid digestion) Pilates counts as an ab workout, so there you go.
* Drinking a lot of water

* Doing HIIT. This will put me into overtraining like nothing else, so I have to be careful with it.

* Sleeping well. Go to bed early, sleep for 8 hours. Get up early.

* Using Lipo-Y or Yohimburn DF before your AM pilates/yoga

* Heavy compound exercises. Cleans, Deads, Squats, snatches, bench presses. These burn a lot more calories and promote circulation better than any type of isolation exercise will ever do.

* Supersetting and decreased rest time. Not in vogue, but it has worked for me in the past. It makes the WO more cardiovascular. Harder to catch my breath in bet sets with decreased rest time. If you can stick to the same weights and decrease the rest time, you'll have a very intense-feeling workout.

* Assessment. Taking photos and monitoring my bodyfat helps.

* Patience. A miniscule amount of fat loss happens overnight. Don't go overboard, or you'll end up burning muscle. If you can lose 1% body fat every 2 weeks, you're doing well. Make minor adjustments and be rational. It can be frustrating, but remember, it's what's inside that counts the most :)

I agree also check out the diet & training board...you can loose fat while keeping muscle....but you have to do your homework!!!!So much for Mr. know-it all!!!!!!!
