I really need some help here!

need help.. still weak after 6 years

Hi,
im 6'4 and 235lbs. I've started at 185lbs. I train since 1998 so not a big progression. My personal best stat are not really good too.

Bench: 280lbs.. started at 135lbs
Squat: 315lbs... started at 185 lbs
deadlift: 375lbs

you see i should be very very far from there in 6 years. I've trained my 2 firsts years in HIT system ( what a waste of time) then i moved on 3 days split and i becoming sick all the time ( overtraining) so i drop the set alot to become able to train and stay healthy. Now im thinking to try doggcrapp training, maybe it could help me to lift more. The fact is i got more result when i was training same bodypart 2x per week. SO maybe doggcrapp could be good ( low volume, high frequency)

Im only using whey and creatine, so if you think you can help me.. go ahead

doggcrapp is real. otherwise known as DC training. ive forgotten how it works though. something like low reps, rotating excercises or sumptin

First question, WTF is doggcrapp training? If this is supposed to be a joke, then that's not even clever. As for overtraining on 3 days a week? What are you doing? Super-duper triple negative mega-blaster disaster sets or something?

My best guess is this is supposed to be a joke. If so, you sir, are not funny. :newbie: :mommakin: :chainsaw:

Its not a joke doggcrap is a desent program. Im a tall ekto as well. Just find whaT kind of training works for you and go with it the BIG THING IS DIET. Get your diet in line. Tell me what your doing for diet right now

DC is very real and he has produced some monsters..
theres a sticky above all about DC training/diet..give it a read and then try it out..i think you will like the results

I just started DC training and let me tell you it was a welcome change..already getting compliments and noticing changes after 2 weeks...

One thing I will say if you decide to try it is READ CYCLE FOR PENNIES MANY TIMES also visit www.intensemuscle.com (the official DC site) and read the stickies

A couple mistakes I made was to try and get into the rest pause sets too soon..thinking "I have good recovery abilities(which I do) and "I have always done straight sets so RP will be fine"

Ease into the program...establish your base weights..and prepare to eat a ton of food and you will see some nice gains....

I've seen "DC" around but didn't realize it stood for doggcrapp lol. I'll look it up.

Blackmantis, I apologize for my hostile response. I should've checked around to see what it was before assuming you were dickin with us. In fact I' m deleting my original post as I feel like an ass. My bad. ;)

Maybe its just me, but thats not a bad progression at all brother. Especially if you havent used any AAS. My bodyweight hasnt changed much at all in the last few years. It did when I began lifting. Looking to have good thickness in the picture too. Just make sure your eating enough and training whichever routine you choose, to your maximum intensity. Though cycling intensity may be useful, but I cant say Ive ever done it much. Occasionally I back off a bit when I have pain or soreness from an injury, but aside from that I always try to go all out. Youve also gained over 135lbs on your bench in that time. I know how it is though, it never seems like good enough progress. I feel like I should be so much farther with close to 10 years training. I did start at 105lbs though, so maybe thats why my strength exceeds my size, and also my training style. Ive gained over 8 inches on my arms also, but it doesnt seem like much since its so gradual. I cant give you a magic routine. I think it just comes down to doing enough work in the gym and giving it your all each day, along with eating as much as possible. Lots of force feeding. Keep it up brother!!

Don't feel bad about those lifts blackmantis. Those are fairly respectable considering they're probably higher than 99% of the guys in the gym working out. Seriously.

Just make sure you eat alot. A guy your size and with decent definition could use ALOT of protein. If I was you I'd take in 400 grams a day.
