Cartoons really are garbage for the most part nowadays. I know, I'd still be watching them if they were any good.
Whatever happened to cartoons like voltron, robotech and thundercats....I watched those in high school.

bring back tom & jerry, 3 stooges, bugs bunny, foghorn p. leghorn, wyld e. cayotte, road runner and all of the 1960's politically incorrect saturday morning delights.

They need to make a Thundercats movie. The pool of quality cartoons from the 80's is ridiculous compared to what it is now - different forms of entertainment prevail apparently, albeit not very well.

Hell yeah!

Felix the cat, Tom Terrific and his mighty dog Manfred, and one of the all time best shows was Captain Kangaroo, now that was a good show, w/ bunny rabbit, grand fgather clock and MR. Green Jeans...

yall have probably seen the e-mail on celebrities that served in the armed services. Lee Marvin, Army Rangers, was telling one day about being on some island like Guadalcanal and he was wounded badly, the fire was comind down on him and his company that no one could move to come get him and move him to safety. All the sudden he was being pulled down the mountain to safety by his pants and finally got to a safe area. He looked and it was Doug Keeshand (sp) aka Captain Kangaroo. Said he was the bravest man he ever ran across in all the battles he fought in.
And...now you know....the REST of the story! g'day...
