freaking Dora the Explorer as much as I do. Since when did cartoons become so UNFUNNY?

haha no kids...my family is pretty huge i have alot of cousins and uncles with little kids when we get together its about 60 people (immediate family)

so im use to alot of weird shows on family channel....

i had to wake up at 9 15 today and my dad came into my room and turned on the light at 8 30 to use the printer and was being super loud and annoying, and then came in again 15 minutes later. he couldnt wait till i finished sleeping? im seriously locking my door when i sleep from now on, my parents are fucking idiots and ruin my sleep. this is the second day in a row this has happened.

i was going to make my own thread for this and i pictured you (heatherrae) saying something like "blah blah blah your parents their house blah blah blah blah", so out of spite, even though you didnt actually hijack my thread yet, im hijacking yours as a preemtive

Heather..Just you wait. You'll get tired of many things when your son gets older. Watching the same TV/Movie til your eyes bleed is only the start!lol

Wait til you read "Green Eggs and Ham" 102 times and he wants you to read it with sillier voices this time! Or...Playing Patty Cakes for the 600th time in one day.

Enjoy every second cuz before long they'll become alll independant and not want you to do anything for them anymore. My lil one is at this stage right now. I'm kinda bummed out about it too.

I'm actually really looking forward to reading books to him. I got all sorts of little books and want to make it a nightly ritual. I look forward to playing games too. It is sad that I'm going to have to leave him with a babysitter all day, but a mom has to do what a mom has to do.

I can recall my first day back to work after mat. leave. I think I cried all 8 hours of work that day.I then prolly cried only 6 the next day! I wish I could tell you that it gets easier, but it doesn't. A really great sitter does MAKE ALL the difference though.

When are you due again? Doing the natty route? I went C-section-seems my lil one wanted to come out belly first!

I don't think I'll stay in Kentucky. I want to get as far away from here with him as I can. The longer I'm here the more I remember what absolute hell my dad and stepmom made my life when I had to come live with my dad in my sophomore year of high school and why I left for Miami when I was 18. I should have never come back to Ky at all.

It sucks here.

No, I have no plans of going all natural. I want an epidural as soon as I can get one...lol. Actually, they could give it to me now, if they want to.

I'm due toward the tail end of August. I've decided that if I am late, I'm going to get induced...lol.

They need to make a Thundercats movie. The pool of quality cartoons from the 80's is ridiculous compared to what it is now - different forms of entertainment prevail apparently, albeit not very well.

Felix the cat, Tom Terrific and his mighty dog Manfred, and one of the all time best shows was Captain Kangaroo, now that was a good show, w/ bunny rabbit, grand fgather clock and MR. Green Jeans...

yall have probably seen the e-mail on celebrities that served in the armed services. Lee Marvin, Army Rangers, was telling one day about being on some island like Guadalcanal and he was wounded badly, the fire was comind down on him and his company that no one could move to come get him and move him to safety. All the sudden he was being pulled down the mountain to safety by his pants and finally got to a safe area. He looked and it was Doug Keeshand (sp) aka Captain Kangaroo. Said he was the bravest man he ever ran across in all the battles he fought in.
And...now you know....the REST of the story! g'day...
