Three "Don Juan" climbing roses this weekend, but put them about 2 feet from the pool enclosure. I hope they don't damage it when they grow next year. Maybe I should move them a foot more away.

damn. You think with a trellis between each of them and the pool enclosure they will get on the enclosure?

You never know how they will grow. So it is safer to just move them away a bit than to leave them there. You dont want to risk moving them once they have grown some. It is better to do it now.
