I Need Your Guys' Help Fast!

I posted this on the Diet board, but I know that there are people here who can help me also!

"Hello, to all.

I need to be in the best shape that I can by Friday (don't worry I'm not looking to go from a beer belly to a six-pack).

I have a casting call for a fashion show, Friday at 11:30 Pacific Standard Time.

Being 2:30 on Wednesday afternoon, what can I do to look my best?

I am at ~12% bodyfat. A quick glance at my training log on the Weightlifting board will show that I am doing all the normal things right: weights 4-5 times a week, cardio 3-4 times a week, strict dieting, carb cycling, etc.

So, I am thinking that I should do an hour of cardio tonight, along with abs, then an hour Thursday morning and night, and an hour Friday morning before I leave for campus.

I also think that I should drop my carbs to only vegetables, ingest only fats from fish and ANPB, drop my sodium intake, and gradually decrease my water intake (much a bodybuilder competitor does for the coming days of a contest).

What do you guys think? All input is appreciated!"

If anyone has any ideas, please share them with me.
 
You might google "bodybuilding contest prep" or something similar and look for a specific article or something. It'd be tough to type everything you'd need to do to get rid of excess water (which IMHO is probably about the only effective thing you could do given the timeframe).

Also, try t-nation. They have articles on just about every weightlifting/bb'ing/dieting topic imaginable. Plus they're searchable.

EDIT a few long sauna sessions will drop water fast. Go tanning if you can.
