If she is going the Army PT test she needs to just focus on the three events. Double sessions of running will help too.
As for supplements, a normal balanced diet will do the trick. She needs a decent amount of carbs and protein to get her run time down. Also, events like push-ups and sit-ups requires just as much endurance as strength. She needs a trainer to smoker her day in and day out.
