I too am in the customer service industry and after a few years of careful analysis I have come to this conclusion:

Men are rational and women are not. It's that simple. With a man, you explain something and give a reason and they are cool. Even if they don't like it, they can see it from more then one perspective. With a woman, if it doesn't go her way, you're the bitch and she's making a scene in the lobby. Women are just irrational. You explain something to a women and all she sees is what she wants to see.

Not to be a traitor to my sex and all but....

If you really are a girl, you are going to make some lucky guy a great wife.

Couldn't generalize on EF yesterday, today, women openly dis other women, generally.

Well, I'm not generalizing -- I'm talking about a specific number of women I used to work with for 12 years..... specifically 4 that I directly work with and their behaviour...... I'm not saying all women are like that, but these 4 + some others I worked with sure made my life hell........

They can rot for all I care.....

I REALLY am a girl. I've always been a girl to answer the next question And you'd have to ask my husband what he thinks. I can promise you though that he doesn't appreciate it!!
