I'm about 5-10 and weigh about 208. I have a decent amount of muscle in my upper body, but I want to get rid of my (beer) belly. Lately I've been running almost everyday, and I lift weights every other, and do an ab program now and then. I would like to know what kind of stuff I should be eating to properly lose weight. Any help is greatly appreciated.
