Every day I see threads that are basically exhorting other members to clean otu their PM boxes.....then the member in question responds, I deleted them all but it says I am still using 99%..what the fuck?

Well the thing is the PM system saves a copy of every message you SEND also. And those messages count against your quota. So you need to go to your Sent Messages folder and delete all those messages.

Then, voila, you have your space back.
