How much can anavar add to your strength on the bench press after coming off a cycle? How much does those bench shirts add to the bench press? Anybody have info about those cytopro shirts (i think that is what it's called. i read about them here). Somebody said they could bench 20lbs more with it.


Anybody know what kind of hip support a person can wear while doing squats because my hip is going? I am more injured than Wodin and he is old as Moses.

well about anavar its hard to tell exactly how much but you definitely feel stronger and less sore...... at least it will keep your strenght at almost the same level
