The neighborhood bum. They always have on some very nice looking tennis shoes, often dating back into the early 80's. Aside from the excess of oil and dirt stained upon them, i am sure you can find a pair since bums are usually in poor health.

very true. i was downtown not too long ago and a bum asked me for some change. I always give money to the needy. so i look down at this fool's shoes before i give him a 5 and the fuckers got on new jordans. I was like if you're hungry start chewin on that new leather.
