I going to start a major bulking cycle in a week. The problem is that I will be working outside in very hot temperatures and I lose my appetite in the heat. Surely there are bodybuilders out there that can help me out and give me advice. Something about eating every two hours doesnt appeal to me in 110 degree heat indexs. If I have to, I will eat that much. But surely there is a different avenue that wont weigh so much on my stomach during the summer.
