I need some serious advance!!

I going to start a major bulking cycle in a week. The problem is that I will be working outside in very hot temperatures and I lose my appetite in the heat. Surely there are bodybuilders out there that can help me out and give me advice. Something about eating every two hours doesnt appeal to me in 110 degree heat indexs. If I have to, I will eat that much. But surely there is a different avenue that wont weigh so much on my stomach during the summer.
 
sounds like you better quit your job. just kidding, just eat as much as you can whenever you can thats the best anyone can do.
 
Im with you tarzan, but Im working with my father in law so I really dont have that much of a choice. I make too much money to go anywhere else also. Great college job!!
 
I know what you mean. Its hard to eat when working in hot weather, it just kills the appetite. At least have a protien shake to drink if you don't feel like eating. Its better than skipping meals.
 
Stock up in high protein drinks, not shakes. Something like Isopure bottled there not as filling as a shake but will allow you to gat 40+ grams of protein.
 
what i do is mix strawberry flavored protien from designer with apple juice instead of water or milk. you keep it cold and just shake. iit's way more refreshing than a regular shake. give it a try.
