i need some answers please

i wanna start my 1st cycle in 4 months,my cycles will be sus at 500mg for 10 weeks
eq 400 for 10 week
anavar for 8 week
arimides for 10 week
clomid after cycle

my problem is i do have some fat (not lump )and water under my nipples when my body is hot but when it's cold it's cool,so should i take care of that and get it cut befor i start my cycle or should i get it cut after my my cycles(i'm planning to do 2 cycels a year for 2 years and then i'm not gonna take gear for good

2 cycles 2 years and that's it huh. Anyway I would do the gear first in case it gets any worse. Take preventative measures and it shouldn't. Then you may never need any surgery.

I would leave it until after your cycle bro, some huys are lucky and dont get gyno even on mega dosing, and yet others can get sore nipples just looking at a amp of test, you got arimidex and nolvadex to hand you will have no worries, prevention is better than the cure.
