i need some advice

im 5'10 228lbs im not sure of my bf, but i am not fat, im currently trying to get on a cutting routine/diet. i want to get to 190 lbs. can someone give me any tips or workout routines, and a sample diet plan that i can follow along with a cardio routine,so that i can reach my goals by January, i would really appreciate it. thanks

Do some reading around here first and make your own diet. Find out your bmr and figure out how many calories you need. Incorporate some cardio if needed and lift heavy to retain as much muscle as possible.
