i need some advice please!!

I am a newbie here! so HELLO! ITs great to have this available. I post in request for some help. I have begun to get "healthy" actually I am more serious now than ever. I am 25 I weigh about 170 i stand 5'8. i just quit smoking cigarettes, started eating better! AND i just got some :vitamins: I have a bottle of durabol 200 and 10ccs of sustanon (organon). I am a bit nervous though i have heard and read about a lot of side effects. I need some advice on how to, when to, and i guess what is best for me? I hate to say this... but you came on elite for a reason.. there is a huuuge bank of information at your fingers.. click click and your on a thread that talks about AS, pct, side effects.. you gotta read up more. AS is a big deal, you have to knwo what your puttin in your body.... what exactly is durabol?
i know what sust is, but do u? A lot of guys are going to say your not ready for AS since it sounds like u just started gettin serious. Great job on quitting the cigs. but u need to read up some more.
 
What Sweed said...dont start anything without doing your research.

agreed with the above statements.. , there is more than enough information on this site, from diet to training.. make sure to read up on that and then later on when u have been training and dieting right for a while and think u need that next little boost, then go for the aas. but make that your last resort , dont just jump right in especially since u just started getting serious training..
 
All the above is the truth, you should definately wait to take AS until your genetic potential is met (stop gaining muscle weight, hit a plateau on the bench, stop making huge 'natural' gains). FOr now I would just take a sup like HMB and creatine or whey protein. If you're going to do it regardless, at least know the fuckin side effects. The shit can be dangerous (like anything) if you abuse and mis-use. e-mail me for more. [email protected]
 
nobody can say what is best for you, everyone is different and you may react badly to the juice or you may have little or no sides. Do your research and find out what makes most sense to you.
 
If this is your first cycle, I would not recommend using Durabol "Nandrolone Phenylpropionate". Read up, and save the durabol and the sust, and get some test.
 
I agree 100% with DaPit26!!!!

Train for at least a few years naturally! Gain a solid foundation of nutrition... (try to eat about 6 meals a day for now.... 30- 50 grams protien each meal) Make sure you are drinking alot of water... (3 - 4 letres/day is probably good) Also be sure your diet contains alot of veggies and you are getting enough vitamins and nutrients.....

Then next step is to learn how to lift weights properly!!

Otherwise you are gonna rely on drugs and be on the road to abuse.....

Is it just me or am I noticing 2 email addys that are by no means secure ? I wouldnt talk about my tie collection on anything unsecure. I mean alltrappedup you stated that you have some Vitamins and then give out your email addy ? Feds could be on that with a quickness. I would highly suggest getting hushmail or equivalant before discussing anything aas ! :)
