i need some advice guys please

ok ill be going into my 4th week of my test/deca cycle. my bench press went from 235 for 8 (before my cycle) to now 185 for 7. im eating more than i was before and taking my meds to sleep at night. ive been training for over 7 years and i have a good idea of what im doing. ive never been the biggest, strongest guy in the world but have always worked hard and seen gains. im at 450 mg/ week of test cyp and 300 of deca and ive seen more gains than this when i was taking creatine and protein and only eating 4 times a day. doing chest today and losing this much strength over the last few weeks is really scaring me. what would you guys do if you were in this situation? ive checked out my gear and the BAN numbers match up on the QV web site and ive gotten good gear from this source before. ive been posting a lot of shit like this lately so i understand if you guys are getting pissed i really dont care if you talk shit on me either because im so far at the end of my rope that i dont even wanna live anymore. i cant belive this is happening.

The medicine you're taking "to sleep at night," what is it and were you taking it before cycle as well?

For whatever reason you're getting weaker, i'd wait it out a little longer before blaming the gear. You're taking some long acting esters......give it time!
 
Wow, bro. You shouldn't be LOSING strength. Has your training schedule changed? I mean did you increase volume because you started a cycle? If so you might be over-training for right now on those long acting esters. If not, how much rest are you actually getting? You mentioned that you're on sleep meds. How many hours a night are you getting and is it restful? By restful I mean are you waking up still tired?
 
..but ive tried getting off of them and after the 6th straight day of insomnia i couldnt stand it so i got back on them.
 
You shouldn't loose that much strength even if the gear is bunk. You may want to go to the Dr to get check out to make sure there is not anything medically wrong.
 
workout routine:

Monday:chest
Tuesday: shoulders, tris (yes you may say this after chest day is bad, but ive had great results before from this split)
Wednesday: off
Thursday:legs
Friday: Back,bis

Weekend: Off
 
man weve had two post like this in a week,
im think maybe these guys are getting s excited that they are on that maybe ur over training. i didnt feel effect till week 5 on test e. that why i kickstarted with a bombs.


and again there is the issue of taking these meds to sleep. perhaps sleep meds and juice are no good mix for some peoples bodies....
ne studies out there on how test (which amps me the fuck up 24-7 )work with sleep meds which make you tired...
just my 2 cents
 
i was curious about that, but the worst thing these meds do is depress the central nervous system, ambien and lunesta much less than benzos such as valium or xanax, which many people take who are on gear (i know several and theyre fine)

Hey, bro. Sleep, or lack thereof can be a major factor with your current strength problems. Lack of sleep can put you in a catabolic state and cause some serious prolems in the gym as far and gains are concerned. I would go back to the doctor who gave you the first set of sleep meds and tell him that though you're getting to sleep it isn't restful and you wake up just as tired. There's TONS of meds to help you sleep. It might be a good idea to get a checkup anyways just to make sure everything is up to par aside from the sleep issue.

It can happen, bro. Especially over a prolonged period. You stated earlier that you've been on meds for about a year now. Has the insomnia gotten especially bad lately? I have a question for ya. Check your pm.
 
Why do you care so much about strength? Are you a powerlifter or a cagefighter? IMNSHO the mirror should be your primary gauge of progress. If your goal is to improve your physique, your strength gains/losses should be noted, but shouldn't fuck with your head that much. I've never heard some bimbo ever say "I only date guys that bench press over 350." How strong you are impresses dudes, that's about it.

Now if your clothes start fitting differently in a bad way, or your weak body part(s) start looking weaker in the mirror, that's something much more worthy of concern.

Try pounding 1000mgs a week and your problem will be solved in a month or so.
 
i use strength as a tool to tell me how my body is improving. if my bench decreases 100 lbs in 2 weeks then i sure as shit aint gonna look as muscular.

It's not good to be loosing that much strength. It's true that total strength is not a be all end all indicator of were your physique will be but if your strentgh is going down that much you will loose muscle.
 
sounds like either sleeping and possibly a little eating too. try drinking a protein shake with a glycogen and creatine loader, and oatmeal blended together. then nap right after.
 
sleep then. ive now been awake for 4 days. literally not one hour of sleep in 4 days. maybe this cycle is a waste because of my sleeping, but my sleep issues have been going on for over 2 years and they arent getting better. my quality of life is terrible because of this.
 
listen bro.. I would honestly get off your gear and reevaluate everything in your life.. I dont care if they are long esters, they still raise your blood levels from day 1. They never go down.. Reguardless, Your mind is more powerful than any roid. If you are psyching yourself out every morning when you wake up, i'd bet that your day is going to go downhill from there. Find out why is lacking in your life and fix that. Once that problem is solved I think that everything else will fall in place..
 
yeah my problem is that i saw a psychiatrist for a few months and took sleep studies and shit and nothing really helped. i even took a semester off school and that didnt do shit, i just got more hooked on sleeping pills so i could sleep better. i was having this same problem when on dbol but my strength still skyrocketed. im into my 4th week of this now and am about 5 days off the sleep meds.
