I need pain killers!!!!!

for my girlfriends chee-wa-wa. we just brought her home from gettin neutered, and they offered us no painkillers for her. she cant walk, an is in some serious pain.
can i give her like 1/2 a tab of extra strength tylenol. its too late to go back, and no vets are open tommorrow, thanks.

I THINK BABY ASPIRIN WOULD WORK BETTER, TYLENOL MIGHT BE BAD FOR THE ANIMAL. NOT SURE THOUGH. GO ON THE ANABOLIC BOARD AND ASK, THERE ARE SOME VETS ON THERE RIGHT NOW.

well i crunched up half a tab, and rolled it up with cheese, but she wont eat it.. ill keep tryin. damm i feel so bad for the little shit. i had a bunch of pain killers from when my american buldog had an operation, but my broher got ahold the bottle, and there none left.

Your vet should have an emegency # where he can be reached.. Check the phone book.. If it dosent list one, there is likely one on his answering machine at the office.. Poor little dog.. If you cant get ahold of him, the dog will be fine taking a 200mg Advil..
