I am wworking as mover and the workout all day is very taxing. I work 10-16 hours daily and I need help mailntaining my weight. I need help with diet, gear and supps. Anyone who has done this kind of work before will be able to attest to the crazy workoput you get from it. I feel like I am losing and wasting quickly. It is the most cardiovascular workout I have done and I need to take advantage. Please help. I eat eat eat but I still feel like I am shrinking fast.
