Im lifting weights in my school weight room, I've already developed my muscles but they are not as toned as I would like them to be, specially my lower abs that look sort of flaccid, kinda like a tummy (that is not nice at all). Somebody on the other forum told me I gotta reduce my body fat levels. They told me that is basically all about diets.
Does anybody suggest something?
