I need help!

Im lifting weights in my school weight room, I've already developed my muscles but they are not as toned as I would like them to be, specially my lower abs that look sort of flaccid, kinda like a tummy (that is not nice at all). Somebody on the other forum told me I gotta reduce my body fat levels. They told me that is basically all about diets.
Does anybody suggest something?

Yeah they were correct..It is pretty much BF levels and genetics...You can up your cardio, but your diet is key...
 
what do you normally eat? What are your current stats? The best lifting/cardio program will not work if your diet is a disaster.
