I need help

at the request of the mods I am shifting this topic to the PCT forum. Any input would greatly be appreciated.

I finished my last cycle on August 1 and am finishing PCT. My balls have yet to rebound from this cycle and it was only 500mg enath for 6wks and 25 mg dbol for 4wks. Pretty basic. I used HCG 1x week throughout the six weeks and maintained size and they hung like normal. But they've drawn up since my PCT and I've even tried some small doses of HCG since then (1000iu to 500iu) with no luck.

To make matters worse, I'm dealing with a strange pain in my left nut. It's like a constant, nagging discomfort. Feels like someone squeezing my nut. I need some recommendations from you guys. This is something that's easy to read and laugh at, but I ain't laughin'. I'm a little freaked.

So what to do...shut up and deal with it, it'll subside? or get to see a Doc pronto? If so, what the hell do I say? Or should I run higher doses of HCG?

God bless the man that can give me some insight as to whats going on and what I should do.

You have every right to be concerned. A concise diagnosis and treatment is difficult without a thorough patient history, physical exam and blood work. My recomendation is to consult with an experienced endocrinologist and/or urologist. DrJMW is a member here and should be able to provide you with some valuable insight.

This situation is common with a poorly planned PCT, especially without blood work and when HCG is not included.

If hypogonadism is the primary cause, gonadatropin therapy consisting of 1000 IU's HCG 3x/wk (mon/wed/fri) in combination with 20 mgs Nolvadex ED for a total of 3 weeks should be sufficitent in most cases. It is imperative to include blood work which is necessary to establish pre therapy figures and to evaluate recovery.

See your primary care physician or urologist and describe the symptoms. I don't see any particular reason to mention AAS usage at this point.

The thing that concerns me is the pain on the left testicle. Is there any swelling involved?

Sorry for the delay in the post..I've been moving and haven't had online access.

No swelling, just pain on the left side. It almost feels as if its pulling up and unwilling to hang. And the pain is not really ON the testicle, but in the portion that seems to be linked to it (HPTA?) The nolva is continueing to help, but the atrophy is still there and there is still some discomfort.

I hope this helps with your personal prognosis of the problem

By the way Jenetic,

Do you think DrJMW would be willing to listen to my symptoms and maybe give me his take on whats wrong and what I should do? If so, he isn't set up for PM or email, so how should I go about it? I don't have a problem paying him for his time since he is a doctor and all. I just want this problem to correct itself. I hope I haven't done anything permanent. Thanks bro

Just like LM said, get yourself a check up with a physician. Eitherway, it's a good idea. There are variety of factors that may be involved which are not worth mentioning at this time and you really should see a proffesional and have it properly diagnosed and treated.

DrJMW drops in from time to time. He obviously is busy with his own practice and can not possibly be here on EF 24/7 just to answer everyones questions. He does however get to them when he has the time.

Guys--still recovery from teh shellacing from hurricane frances. Given your symptoms of pain, do see your local doc.

Just an update, I've been continueing the Nolva regimen and things are continueing to subside. I'll be going to the doc for a yearly checkup next week and will ask to get bloodwork done then.

This doc knows that I've used AAS in the past, about two years ago, but knows nothing of what I've done since then and I'd like to keep it that way. This doc is a good general medicine doc, but knows damn little about AAS and its implications.

I need two things, 1. how do I justify me needing bloodwork done that focuses on my test levels? and 2. exactly what should I have him test for?

Thanks for the input
