how do you make an avitar? i have a few pictures but I don't know how to make them small,Please Help

they are in my picture files on my computer, I dontknow how to put then on elite

You must have a photoshop type of software to reduce the pixels and file size. Then go to your profile at the top of elite, then edit profile, choose the avatar option at the bottom and upload the new shrunken picture.
