I'm 32, 6'5" and 200lbs. I lift 3 times/week, and run 3 times/week on alternating days. I have been on a pretty strict diet for the past 6 weeks--180-225 grams of protein/day (tuna, eggs, shrimp, milk and 0carb protein drinks), with few to no carbs. I do eat more carbs on the weekend, and that seems to get my energy back up for the week.
I am using 5g creatine (cell-tech), along with 2000g l-glutamine. I also take 1000g HMB on lifting days and half that on cardio days. I've been using BetaLean on top of that.
I really have no idea how to use these products, nor do I have any idea if they actually work. If anyone thinks they can help me increase my strength and size w/out gaining fat (ripped?) I would greatly appreciate it. Oh my god, my arms are skinny!!!!
