I need help!

I'm 32, 6'5" and 200lbs. I lift 3 times/week, and run 3 times/week on alternating days. I have been on a pretty strict diet for the past 6 weeks--180-225 grams of protein/day (tuna, eggs, shrimp, milk and 0carb protein drinks), with few to no carbs. I do eat more carbs on the weekend, and that seems to get my energy back up for the week.

I am using 5g creatine (cell-tech), along with 2000g l-glutamine. I also take 1000g HMB on lifting days and half that on cardio days. I've been using BetaLean on top of that.

I really have no idea how to use these products, nor do I have any idea if they actually work. If anyone thinks they can help me increase my strength and size w/out gaining fat (ripped?) I would greatly appreciate it. Oh my god, my arms are skinny!!!!
 
1000grams of hmb? how much is that cause its in caps?.or you mean 1000mgs?..and train good eat good and REST good...to lose fat buy some ALA from www.kilosports.com and take ALA at 1000mgs/day take have your carbs at 30% up the fats and proteins...

ALA helps you lose fat?

I'm taking 600mg/day of ALA now and currently am not on a cycle. I decreased the amount down to 600mg since I don't need the extra liver protection. Would I benefit by increasing it back up to 1g/day?
 
You mean there is a difference between a g and a mg? God, I'm an idiot, you were right, I'm talking mgs. Thanks for the input.
