I Need Help With My Training

Hi Everyone i am Mark from the uk.

I know that u may have seen similar posts to mine in the past so all i can do is apologise, also if its in the wrong place i also apologise.

I started training last October to try a reduce my weight and to build an upper body physique, i didnt seem to be making any progress, so after speaking to a few people i started to take a particular steroid called epehedrine to enhance my training, the idea of this is purely to help me get started, in febuary i weighed in at 22stone 4lbs, since then i was doing 60mins of cardio and 45mins of weights, i weighed myself the end ofmay and i was down to 18st 7lbs, of which then i changed to clenbutrenol 0.4mg and i now just do 75 mins of cardio and no weights, i have been on them for almost as month now and am unsure of if they are working, i would like to say at this point i have seriously changed my eating habits.

to this
Breakfast--- Weetabix, 2 Glasses of Fresh Orange Juice
Dinner------ Dont tend to have anything just drink water through the day.
Evening --- Boiled Chicken Or Fish With A Small amount of boiled potatoes.

I am looking to try something that will help strip the fat alot quicker, i dont think i really know enough about ephedrine or clen, apart from what i have been told.

so if anyone could assist with suggestions

as i dont know where to turn next.

Hello, stay away from Clen for the time being please. Also, ephedrine is not a steroid. I used the E/C/A stack for yrs without stopping & fucked up my adrenals.

Continue to weight train/cardio. Do NOT be afraid to EAT GOOD foods. You need 2 more meals/shakes. Eat protein with each meal.

Nothing wrong with eating an Orange or 2 @ night if you get a 'sweet tooth'. I do realize however that some will disagree w/ that. Best of success.

ok firstly they not steriods , and i would stop them , clen needs to be ramped dosage up and down with atypical schedule being 2 weeks on 2 weeks off as your body builds up a tolerance. if you have been running 40mcg for a month i doubt it is providing any benefit whatsoever

what you do need to do is address your diet which is severly lacking and your training

get those 2 sorted and you will be very happy with your results
 
you may pm me if your serious....you're not eating enough,the body holds on to fat if it doesn't get enough nutrients!

cut dairy (no whey), cut grains, get a shit ton of BCAA for pre/ post workout and inbetween meals.

eat organic eggs, lean meats, fish, healthy fats, fruits in the am and greens later in the day. also red meat early in the day. leanest meat at night.

do fast pace workout get in and out under an hr 4 day week. 2 days of intervals on off days.

see how this works for a few weeks then make adjustments as you go.

I lost 35lbs in 14 weeks doing this. goodluck.
