i need help with face bloat!

my problem is: my face is very bloated and has been for sometime. I
would like my face to return to its original state. my face has
always been very angular.

this is what i believe to be contributing/causing the bloat :

in order to regain weight which i had lost for several years of
insomnia, this is what i did:

april 2004 to june 2004 for 10 weeks i injected 400-500mg deca
durabolin(nandrogen) per week. a picture i saw of myself after these
10 weeks revealed my face was already bloated and fat-looking.

sept 2004 to sept 2004 just 3 weeks 400-500mg deca per week.

aug 2005 to sept 2005 for seven weeks i injected myself with 200mg
sustanon and 200 mg equipoise.

also during this time i have taken the supplement creatine 10-20 mg per day.

the area under my eyes has also become very sunken and black yet my insomnia has greatly improved over this same time period.

what is your opinion? can these substances cause long term water
retention/bloating in my face? what about the black/sunken eyes? if so, what can i do?

if you are not on gear currently, then its likely A2 related fat accumulation (which yohimburn ES will help with)

which is what it sounds like from your post...

i dont believe my body fat increased significantly. i am usually 6-8% and during this time i was still very vascular, always very hard and have a six pack. the fat appearance seems to have only been on my face. my doc looked at my before and after pics yesterday and said i looked like an overweight fat teen boy.

i appreciate the responses and i can try the yohimburn or the clen. i had thought that any water retention would have just been temporary.

can steroids also cause your eyes to appear sunken for that short of usage duration?

Before opening this thread the 1st thing that came to mind was this guy is on d-bol. But you're getting bloat from taking the shit I diet on and allows my cheekbones to actually be visible. My guess is that you've gained weight and you're skin has loosened due to a somewhat accelerated aging process-which is most likely as a result of your insomnia. What's your day to day life like? Are you on any anti-depressants or other RX drugs besides AS? How tough is your job? Are you under a lot of stress? Do you eat right? If so, what's your avg daily protien:carb intake ratio? How much roughage are you eating(salads, veggies)? Knowing these things will give me a better educated guess as to what your problems are.

are you referring to the dbol regarding it has made your cheekbones more visible?

yes i did gain weight but i didnt see fat accumulate anywhere except my face. i have been at this weight 200 lbs several times before when i played college ball but it never even came close to being visible on my face. i guess my non-exercising weight is about 180 and then when i train i go to around 200 at 5'11.

it was a drastic change in facial appearance. my face is narrow and has the cheekbones with a convex curve right in the mid face, i guess chiseled might be a good description.

yes for the insomnia i am taking 75 mg doxepin which is an antidepressant. my job does have stress, but no more than it has been in the past. i do believe insomnia greatly increases the aging process.

i dont believe i eat enough carbs so the ratio is probably not what is recommended. but i do not know the exact ratio. and i do believe the skin around my jaw and cheeks is also more loose. but i am trying to figure how this all happened in a matter of months... the fat face, the loose skin, the black sunken eyes.

No dbol makes me look like a human puffer fish. Deca and EQ tightens me up. As far as the fat face, loose skin, etc. goes, I think it's fairly normal to happen quickly. For instance, I never had any facial wrinkles and literally one day I woke up and had crow's feet on my outer eyes. Have you checked out the side effects of your anti depressants? A lot of those drugs have nasty side effects that affect some worse than others. It could be causing you to retain water or ??? Sides may not present themselves at first, but after you've been on them awhile they kick in.

ameridex bro, works wonders and hit the steam room and sweat, cardio works but i dont like to sweat from cardio during bulking which sounds like what your doing , it burns too many cals, just sweat it off in sauna
