I need help with endurance for MX

Im starting to race amature motorcross, and being a weightlifer makes it a little hard. I get massive arm pump easily and would like some opions on what I can use to minamize it.
I weigh 210 right now, and am doing a d-bol Eq T-200 cycle. Soon as I get off the d-bol I know it will help, as I wont be retaing so much water. That is what is making me cramp up so bad I belive.
I have been thinking of doing winstrol, but dont know what else I should add to it. Or would winny be ok by itself?

Yeah the dbol is gonna give insane pumps no matter what you do. I couldnt even shoot basketball 8 weeks ago cause of it.

I dont think there is anything to stop pumps while on Dbol.:)
 
I raced pro level motocross for a number of years (not AMA pro, but pro class:D ). Arm pump is a very specific thing and most guys get it. Mostly it's a technique issue. Much like lifting weights with dumbbells and barbells won't necessarily make someone good at a strongman competition (with ackward movements and grips), there is only so much you can do off a bike to train for this. When your riding, just pay atttention to how hard you're squeezing the grips, 99% of the time that is the only problem. Learn how loose you can hold on, but still control the bike. And if you brake with two fingers, try moving your levers around and learn to brake with just your index finger. The more you ride you'll figure it out though. I've had arm pump before so bad that I couldn't make a fist for 48 hours! Good luck with the racing. MX is the greatest sport out there in my opinion.
