I need help picking an Anabolic or Supplement!

Hello Everyone!

I came across this site, and it looked like there were a good amount of people here that know a lot about what I need help with!

Sorry about the long post, but I appreciate your time and help. I started working out and heavy weight lifting when I was 13 and continued until about 17. During that time I found an add in the back of a newspaper for "Anabolic Steroids" and I ordered them. I started taking them before each workout along with a creatine supplement and it worked out great.

Anyways, I am 22 now and am coming off of a two year old ankle/leg injury from sports. I am looking to get back into training, but do not know the first place to start with supplements specifically the anabolic type. I'm already 6 foot 6 and weigh 300+ pounds, but mostly fat. I need something that will loose weight quick, but promote muscle gain at the same time. Should I start a creatine supplement as well, and what do you suggest?

Again, looking to get the fat off and gain muscle and energy. Not open to injections, so only looking for powders or tablets.

I would love some help!

I would spend some time loosing the fat first then look at bulking. Loosing fat is all about diet and then supplements aid in loosing them. You can take substances to help keep muscle while dieting. Something like epistrong will do this for you. you will also need to have a cycle support and pct set up.

you may or may not be aware but you should not touch AAS before the age of 25.

lots of young guns come on here complaining about their looks and want a quick fix. what exactly did u take? and are you aware that at your age you have plenty of test to build muscle? are you aware steroids suppress you?

if you hang around here longer you will learn all this and more.

PS. to add to what everyone said above.. you are severely overweight and you are putting incredible pressure on your organs as it is, also you have high BP, high cholestorol .. taking steroids will not only not help but could probably kill you. I lost a friend of the family recently cause he was in bad shape and messed around with stuff he shouldn't.. he went to sleep and didn't wake up.. do u want to have that happen to you also?

you need to repair your diet first.. get your bf under 15% and hit 26 years old.. get a blood test done.. if your test levels are good then still no need to mess with it UNLESS you are at a superior physical level and want to boost your way to the next level.. this means you have 12% bf, have been lifting for years consistently and have a strong diet.

Is buying something like a combo of "Var 10" "Winn-50" and "Clean" a total waste. It says it helps promote weight loss?

Ive been on a strict diet for almost a year, and I guess I am just looking for something that will assist in weight loss. Any ideas?
 
Lipostack is great or ECA....300lbs?? you should just stick with cardio and thats it....less eating....thats a lot of weight...your a big and tall guy!

Honestly bro you need to just hit the treadmill and get your diet in check before you start supplements.
 
Orbit has all the great stuff, but like we said stick to just cardio for now...might shock your system pretty hard for your size! You will notice great result just leaning the diet and some cardio i promise

eat 4 small healthy meals per day. 1 handful lean meat, 2 handfuls of veggies, 1 handful of a complex carbohydrate. between meals if you get hungry you can eat a small handful of mixed nuts and berries.

for cardio do 45 minutes before you eat anything in the morning 5 days per wk.

find a 4 or 5 day split for weight training do more volume with shorter breaks and no ailure sets.

once you get thinned down run what orbit said.
