I was doing squats, and now two weeks later, my inner thigh still hurts, like I cant even do squats anymore. Sames goes for my right calf, I ran about two days ago, and after that, feels like I pulled something in my calf, or just feels like I worked it out first the very first time in my life. And this shit doesnt seem to be healing/going away.
