Hi im at home at the moment, wondering ..
Is there a way to create a weighted vest that you can wear under a normal t shirt???
as in, is there a material that i can fill up (2 vests sewn together) so that the compound stays set (instead of creating a ''beer belly'' look (e.G , vest(s) filled with sand would create sag at the bottom..) so what about lead? Or Concrete? anyone help?

why are you doing this?
you could hillbilly a tiered shirt but it would have to be strong material like canvas.
tier meaning create levels inside the material to prevent your filler from beer bellying...to even further stablize you could put walls or wake brakes to prevent the fill from shifting from side to side

and concrete would never work lol how fuking uncomfortable would that be plus it would break and crumble.
small dia pellets or bb's

You can buy weight vests. I have one.

Making walls inside the vest? .. hmm this is purely cotton fabric, how about if you ;

1. get vest #1 glue metal plates to it (maybe lead plates around 75x100mm) all around the upper torso and upper bacl

2. Glue 2 x 150x100mm plates to abdominal and lower back

3 get vest #2 and glue little plates 25x25mm around the smaller parts of the body and then sew the vests together creating a weighted vest? probably quite a heavy one aswell?

is this some jihad vest?
and wtf is a mm, inches bro and remember always measure from the taint for accurate penile size readings

i know this but i dont like them, there too big and wouldnt work under a t shirt... i live in UK and work in retail, i want to wear this thing 24/7

you are gonna be one sweaty and sloppy looking factory or castle employee

well im not sure what a jiihad vest is, but in inches 75mm = 3 inches, 150 = 6 inches ..100 = 4 inches etc..

haha well i dont want one of those! do you think the metal plates and glue could work though? it must right?

i can't imagine glue is gonna work with all the shifting that will be taking place...however you fasten it will need to be able to give and flex with your body's motion...glue is way too rigid and proly wouldn't hold long term...think chain mail in between the plating as your connection

You can buy weighted vests. Body armor, put a db or plate in a pack.

I use my body armor an sapi plates when I run sometimes. You should see some of the looks i get from the soccer moms in the park. Theyre bound to call 911 on my ass.
