I'm unable to get arimidex and need a good alternative for it. Any suggestions for an alternative?

there is nothing wrong with arimidex, my supplier is just out of it and i need something else.

Personally, I would choose aromasin over arimidex anyway... it's very effective, you don't have to use as much (a starting dosage of 12.5mg ED should do nicely), and it doesn't mess up your lipids as Adex or Letro do.

aromasin rocks, but its so expensive.

a-dex can be found on many life extention sites with a little searching.

aifm isn't in the same league.

Natural supps are available such as "POST CYCLE" and CytogenX from protein factory or Dermacrine but they aren't meant to be a replacment if you need an anti-e drug.

True, but I found that the amount of Adex that I needed to run to be as effective as a lower dosage of Aromasin didn't make it much more cost-effective. Even 1mg ED of Adex didn't keep bloat down for me.

I get aromasin in caps, but there are always liquid "research" alternatives that are more affordable.

So it seems that the majority favor aromasin over adex.. how long would it take to realize if aromasin was driving estrogen too low? and if it was, then would all you have to do is cut back on the dose? I'm trying to decide whether I should go with adex or aromasin if I decided to go with test E: 375mg/wk for my first cycle, since it's a low dose and I want to keep gyno and bloat at bay but don't want to hurt my gains or joints by driving estrogen too low.. damnit, why does there have to be so many fuckin opinions out there about every fuckin thing - makes this shit way too complicated, like trying to sort out a damn jig-saw puzzle... but o well, i guess it's all part of the game and hence part of the fun too :mix:

what about femera?

Exactly... that's how the game goes bro... I'm not saying Adex is worthless, many use it and it works just fine for them. I tried it, didn't like it, tried Aromasin, liked it. My advice is to try both (not at the same time obviously)... in fact, you'll never know who's opinions are "correct" for your situation unless you give everything a fair shake. You're running such a low dosage of test anyway you might need very little, if any, AI. (unless you're gyno-prone). So a weaker AI such as Adex may work nicely for you. Worth a shot.

As for aromasin, it takes up to a week to build steady blood levels. It has a half-life of 27 hours... not sure about Adex. So I'd say you'd have to run aromasin for at least a week before deciding if you needed to adjust the dosage.

Thx for the advice bro!

Half life is 27 hrs eh? So it would be ok to use it at EOD if you had no other choice? I was using 25mgs ED but i felt kinda depressed so i just started doing 25mgs EOD instead, feeling much better.

Letro at low dose works well too. It is more cost effective than adex. .75mg ed or eod. Supposedly can positively influence IGF-1? No sure if I read that. And I thought Letro didn't mess with lipids as much.

Are many of you guys who use arimidex using the expensive original by astraZeneca? I don't see how 1mg of that stuff won't significantly help most. Its pretty potent stuff.
