I need advice. Please Help..

I have 8 sostenon 250 readyjects and enough anavar for 2 cycles 40mged x 8wks. I am trying to figure out how to run it. I was thinking. 10 weeks
wk 1 20mg var e/d
wk 2-9 30mg var e/d + 1 sos 250
wk 10 20mg var e/d
week 12 40mg nolva e/d
week 13 20mg nolva e/d
week 14 20mg nolva e/d

Any thoughts????
Also what is the best time to take the sust? Morning/Afternoon/Night? I will be splitting the Var into 2 doses e/d.
I am looking to build strength and cut up. i don't want to put on much size. I will be eating moderate protein and little carbs, low fat. Hitting cardio and strength training.

Any feedback is much appreciated.
I am 6'0" 237lb and 18-20% bodyfat. This will be my 2nd cycle first was oral only winny/var.

You don't have that much product. Even if you wanted to do 500mgs of sust/wk for 10 weeks, you don't have enough.

What is your diet like now? I know you posted what you will be doing, but let's discuss your current options. It seems like we can put you on a cutting diet and help you drop down to at least 15% bf.

I don't wanna do 500mg sust /wk this is only going to be my 2nd cycle and I have never done sust or any injectable before. Also I am not looking to get huge. I wanna cut and get STRONG!! Getting to 15%BF or less would be awesome. I was cosidering a Var only cycle but I like your idea from a previous post I had to use the sust with it. Not sure how I will react to it, but when I did winny/var oral cycle I got pretty good results. lost more inches than weight but got a great kick in strength, and kept almost all the gains. I have not been dieting how I should so I am looking for advice. I need to lose some fat around the middle b/c of my back surgery. I really need to focus on my core, and I need to get my calf strength back to normal. I am at probably 65% now. Any advice is very much appreciated. If you have a diet idea I am down.

If you are not at 10-15% fat already you need cardio and a clean diet not ready for a cycle til you get to that BF%. I would run sus 500mg per week every M and Thurs for 10-12 weeks. Save the var for later cycle. I never run any cycles without test. Test should be the base of all cycles IMO. You can cut on anything if your diet and cardio are up to par.

I agree with dieting down first in some cases, but heres the thing. My main purpose of using AAS isn't to be all ripped and huge. I broke my back and lost calf strength. I want to get strong and cut weight a bit. If I was normal I wouldn't take them at all honestly. I have been workin my calves like hell and hit a wall with them naturally at about 40% normal. I ran a var/winny cycle and got a nice bump. Now at about 60% and shooting for 100%. I am not doing this for looks, it's for medical purpose. That's how I got a scrip for var from my doc. I wanna go as safe as poss lowest sides and gain most strength, NO BULK and cut weight.
