I need a SOURCE... for dextrose and maltodextrin

out of my curiousity, do you know what sugars honey is composed of, or what its relative GI is?

I think it's around 60.. a bit on the slow side, but it does have some antioxidants that the malto and dextrose powders don't have.. I think it's mainly comprised of glucose and fructose.

HM.... I wonder what they mean by Natural Sugars? More fructose?

Thats a little high on the fructose side for me Post workout.. it might actually be better for a boost preworkout!

I think they just added that up, I got 79.1%. Not sure where the other .4% went. You are right though, might be better for pre-workout due to the low gi of the fructose.
