ok the past 3 -4 weeks i have been slacking when it comes to the gym, only going twice a week, and my effort is poor, it just seems my energy is drained. and when i sit down or ly down for something like sit-ups, i start yawning, honesly i yawned 6 times in the space of like 3 mins !
today, i had to fit in the gym, the only time i could fit it in, was cumming back from college, like 20 miles from my house and all my gym gear, so i stopped off at a gym, but i was in my jeans, skater type shoes, and a T shirt, needless to say it was a poor workout.

ah, well that explanes alot,as ive benn getting arround 3 hours a night since monday night . its now 8.20pm, im off to bed.. Night night
