Throw in 27 exercises or find the magic exercise. . . you still don't become Ronnie, or even close. A list of exercises is only one small part of the equation. You need to focus on a few good exercises (several have been mentioned already), and then train on those exercises several times a week, adding weight as often as possible, with the goal of getting stronger and stronger at that exercise. Growth is the result. You don't go in and shotgun diff't exercises this week and hope for the best.
