I was thinking of doing a "cutting cycle" - whatever that is. I've never done one before. I've always just tried to get as big and strong as possible. But I'm in a predicament where I will not be able to cook at all. All I can do is eat while I'm at work which is an office setting. So I'm assuming I will be eating a lot of tuna and protein shakes. I said I need a low cal cycle or some other substitute. Can anyone recommend the juice and dosages that would fit my situation? Any help is greatly appreciated.
