I need a little help?....!

New member
Greetings all,
I have a bit of a problem here.... I was told by somone that I should be injecting 1cc of
reforvit-b once a week for 3 weeks and then going to 2cc a week for 3 more weeks to get
some decient gains. And then even stacking it with sus during the winter. Is this correct?
Alother person told me today that reforvit-b is VERY week, and being made in Mexico its
not a good idea to inject it. However he said I should drink 1cc a day and also shoot 1cc
a week of sus. Can someone please help me here. Very new to this and keep getting conflicting
information that is driving me nuts! I also have a bottle of Finaplex Gold, but have been told
its not the best to use for the 1st time.

Thanks in advance!

I think ur biggest problem is that u have no idea what u are doing. Ref-B/Dbol needs to be taken everyday.

Drink 1cc Everyday for 5 weeks.
Shoot 2cc's of sust a week for 8 weeks.
Finish with clomid.

My personal opinion is to drink the ref. You have to drink it multiple times through the day, like 3-4 times. So drink like a 1/4cc 4 times per day or something like that. On the sust, just inject it once a week, 1-2cc's depending on what you want. I personally think that you should take 2cc's but if you only want to take 1 then oh well.

If I were going to do this cycle I'd take 1/2cc of ref 4 times per day and 4cc's of sust per week, but that's too much for you on your first cycle. Actually, when you get as old as me you might say that my cycle is too light!LOL.

Ref-b inject once a day or drink 1/4cc every 4 hours
Sust 250mg twice a week for 10 weeks
Get Clomid and nolvadex
RESEARCH! FIRST!

Krazzylad,
Yes.... I should have done more resarch, thank you for your comments.
MikeyLikesJuice,
My feelings exactly, It makes me really wonder how this person can be 6' tall benching 600 lbs
and give advise that is totally wrong. Kind of thought he would know what he was doing.
Nimrod25,
Indeed.... I have NO idea what I am doing, and your comments are appreciated.
Also... I would like to thank the rest who offered me some help. You guy helped me shed some
light on how this should be done.

OK, so you have some reforvit. You haven't done enough yet to even be considered a cycle, or a bridge for most guys.

Not a big deal, what concerns me is that you would inject anything you have not researched. Not a flame- one thing my posts always try to show is concern for peoples health, including yours. Never put anything in your body until you know exactly what it is and what your doing.

Here's my take:

Spend some time hear reading posts and asking questions, but mostly wear out the search fuction before you ask. And learn, cause there are some very knowlegable mofos here and it may save your life, or just your money!

I will answer any question you ask as thoroughly as I can, but sometimes I am wrong- which is why you should listen to everyone, then make a decision when you can make an intelligent and informed one.

Want a beginners cycle- here are some questions:
1- How old are you? (don't lie either)
2- What are your current stats?
3- What are you trying to accomplish??
4- How long have you been training?

Answers to those questions may make a difference on what I would recommend you take!

needleboy,
I have to admit, it was a STUPID thing to do. I will never trust him or anybody else without my own research. Flame me all you guys wish, perhaps it would help others from making the same mistakes
I have. Anyway.... Here is what you requested....
1) 30 years old
2) 5'11 190 lbs (slight beer belly)
3) loose 15 lbs of fat and gain to about 225 lbs
4) been training for 2 months

Yes.... I lifted for a year total prior to that. But that was about 5 years ago.
I suspect a flame.... So let me have it!

You really should hold off on the gear bro. You should respond very well to weight training over the next 6mos to a year, if you find a solid low volume routine geared around compound movements and overload. Neural adaptions alone will lead to big strength gains when you are relatively new to training. Concentrate on your diet and training over the next 6-12 mos. and give yourself some momentum and a foundation for your AS use down the road. Patience and Dedication will serve you well.

I would stick to Protein, Creatine and a multi for now.

Bro, Sorry about the lag, crashed before your response. If you've only been back for two months, it is not the tome for gear. If your not getting results, you need to remember a few things:

1- Intensity, not the amount of time you spend in the gym builds muscle, 2 hour workout are BS(weights don't work thru osmosis), 45 min max, but when you leave you should be toast!!!!

2- Form- weight lifting is a misnomer, it is resistance training, if your goal is only to move a weight from point A to point B, use a dolly, however if your goal is to build muscle, think resistance!! Yanking the weight up, then letting it fall accomplishes nothing, I use either a 2/4 or a 4/4 count. That means time of muscle contraction under load / time or muscle release under load. If you use one of those counts, you will gain more. In other words on bench, lower weight for 4 seconds(muscle release under load) then push the weight up(muscle contraction under load) for either 2 or 4 depending on which you like more, but control is the key.

3. You gotta eat well, good protein, good carbs, and good fat. It takes food to build muscle, but eat sensibly.

4. You gotta rest- NOBODY BUILDS MUSCLE IN THE GYM, muscle builds through recovery, ie rest, workouts are designed to break down muscle. Remember Mike Mentzer's rule for workouts- BRIEF INTENSE AND INFREQUENT. I hit every body part 1 time every 5-7 days.Overtraining is the equivalent of picking at a scab, building muscle is a healing process, much like building a callus. It is a response to trauma.

5. Don't slack on cardio- the heart is the most important muscle you have, take care of it, it will take care of you.

Look I an not flaming you, want to help. Try these things, and when you plateau, then consider AS. In the mean time, stick around and ask questions, and learn. The people here are good people, and will help with whatever they can!
