I need a GOOD nutrition book!!

for weight trainers: Dr. Jeanne Brand-Miller (Australia) or Dr. Tom Woliver (Canada) - they are the world's leading authorities....

Do they contain food values. I mean how much carbs and fat and fiber etc?
Because that's what I need, not a new diet!!
I'm done with diet!!

speaking of nutrition books. I'm doing some research for a paper, and i came across a book called "The Nautilus Bodybuiilding Book." Holy shit have we come a long way since this pile of garbage was writen.

here is an example of the horrible advice given to people in 1982

"the truth is this: nutritoin accounts for less than 5% of the muscle building process."

Ok ok this one is even better

This guys says that protein is not a contributing factor for an athlete (bodybuilder). Dr. Dipshit says we need only .36g of protein per 1lb of body weight. So a 200lb person would only need 72g of protein to gain muscle.

ok ok. ask me a training or nutrition question, and i'll find the answer from this book. hahaha

The scariest thing is that there are still people out there making those same recommendations.....

Power Eating

THE best book on nutrition is:

Power Eating
by Dr. Susan M. Kleiner, Maggie Greenwood-Robinson
264 pages ISBN: 0736038531

goes through everything based on real knowledge. Also touches base on supplements, the good, the bad and the ugly of them.
