I haven't been in a fight of any sort in five years, I think it may be time to another one now I just have to find someone willing to take me on who won't press charges.

As for stress releif, nothing better than good ol' deadlifting. Of which I haven't been able to do regularly in months, so I am stressed to the max and have been for a while.

well, haven't trained in over a week.. i think im going nuts. Tomorrow is leg day, and fuck it.. fracture or not, im gonna dl and squat. I can't take it anymore

My problem is lack of a gym, and time working 14hrs a day right now. And tossing around 40lb fuel cans just doesn't hack it.

I can honestly say that it wasn't that bad. Deep dish pizza from Pizza Hut. Some italian sausage and cheese. That's it. I wanted to get more, but I figured that the others wouldn't eat as much if I did and I'd be stick with it tomorrow.

2 cans of Pesi too. Too bad about being lactose intollerant. I am as well, but I don't get severe pains. Hence, I'll eat cheese from time to time and suffer for a few hours.

Yeah, I've had the problem for years. My Dad would always demand that I drink milk while growing up. As you can imagine, that would cause alot of problems for me (the pain / gas).

I've tried lactaid, but I prefer soymilk better. I feel more Asian that way. I think her name is Cindy.

What's the deal with PBR? I'm sure that if he's a gentleman about it then any girl would spend some time with him and make him a happy husband. Who knows what the future can bring?

I think shit is starting to build up inside me and on cycle thats a bad idea, i try and get my aggression out through weights but it hasnt been getting enough of it out lately and the people in my life arent making it easier

yea.. let me see if i can find it.

The Gracies aren't as high profile as they once were. Their figthing style just wasn't diverse enough IMO. They were good on the ground but didn't do well with a stand up fighter that also had good ground skills.

I like Tito, he's a bit cocky but he's hot. LOL. I figured Tito would take him out. Did you see the last fight? I can't remember his name but it was one of tito's guys and one from the Lions den

Yeah. It's sad in a way. The Gracies were "unbeatable" when UFC first started out. But, then people adapted to their style and they didn't quite adapt. The later Gracies (Ryan, Renzo) are much better then the previous ones (Royce, etc). Not to mention that they're younger / faster / stronger. I mean props to Royce for fighting Matt in the next one but look at the age difference. Why let the "Gracie legend" go out with a whimper?

I was never a big fan of Tito. I think it's because he "disrespected" Ken and I have alot of admiration for that old guy who should retire. The other reason I dont' like Tito is because he's not a submission wrestler and he shared a first name with one of the Jacsons.

I've always like the submission wrestling and not a big fan of the stand up fights. I guess it's because I remember what UFC1,2 and 3 were like and liked those types of fights. I don't get to see much of that anymore.

However, I do like watching Pride. Something about Japansese people screaming into a microphone..it just seems to fit a wrestling match. :D

I enjoyed the Gracies in their day, but seems it was short lived. The yonger ones are a bit more diverse when it comes to fighting style but still can't keep up. I like the stand up fights too, something about seeing a kick to the chin and that bitch falling out is the shitzle. But I love grappling and submission fights. Thats always been my thing, studied it for years and have great respect for those fighters.

I haven't watched Pride in so long, I don't think i can even catch it here with my hick cable. But I can catch the UFC every now and again.

I have a ton of training videos somewhere, now i need to pull them out. ;)

I have about 6 Kimo training tapes, a few Gracie tapes too.

Was sweet when Royce came down here to train at our dogo though. He and one of the brothers ( don't know who it was) Did some extensive training with our black belts and I was privlidged to get some one on one time with him.

True, we're not talking about a tea party, but a person can still be civilized about it.

For example, look at G.Sudo, Igor Vovchanchin, or Heath Herring. I've seen pre-fights where they start off "Well, I'm just going to go in there and kill the other guy." Then, they kill the other guy (who never really had a chance). Then, they make sure the other guy is okay and raise the other guy's arm. That's classy.

I would be more impressed with Tito if he would be civilized about it.

I would be more entertained if someone said "Tito, I'm going to beat you; then ass rape your mother" and have Tito go all crazy. If you want to play the disrespecting game, there's better ways to play (insult family, father, mother, children, dog, race, etc).

Right now, I'm loving the Sudo matches. Not only does he come down to the ring with crazy outfits (dressed up like a pitcher, like the KFC guy, like a Robot...he's always polite to the opponents.

Hmm. It takes awhile on dialup, but its worth it. Or why don't you just invest in satellite intraweb?

I find UFC to "test based". Everyone is angry and needs to downplay the other opponent. I find Pride much better in that regard. I guess it's just me. :D
 
Bas will always be my favorite. You should pick up his Big DVD's of Combat, Erz. Much more thorough than the kimo series.
