I need a good Creatine & Protein supplements

I need a HIGH QUALITY Creatine supplement ....but it has to taste good too.

While we're at it I have been using Muscle Milk for protein powder, but there's a lot of sugar and fat. Is there a good tasting HIGH QUALITY Protein Powder with less fat and sugar than someone can highly recommend?

I buy the 7.5lb buckets of Isopure you can get low carb or no carb; which is probably the best you can get if your going for low calories and carbs. As for creatine, I get unflavored powder and just mix it with my juice or shakes. The flavored/sweetened creatines always give me heartburn and make me wanna hurl.

That's a plus on the Isopure. The RTD ones have an amazing taste...can't speak for the powder, but I don't see why it'd be any different.
 
Muscle Milk is garbage imo. Sure it tastes good, but you are actually getting more calories from fat than protein. If I want fat in my shakes I will add something beneficial like olive oil.

Get the Team Skip blend in Premium Chocolate, Premium Choc Banana, or Premium French Vanilla. Better yet... Buy it unflavored and get a each of these premium flavors and make each shake you drink different. Team Skip is a blend of Whey Iso, Egg White, and Micellar Casein. It is the best tasting, highest quality protein I have ever used for an all around shake.

For creatine just buy some regular monohydrate. I think TP.com has it for around $10 a pound.

I like SYNTHEPURE whey isolate for my extra protein needs.

40-50g's Flavoured WPI
10g Creatine Monohydrate
40g Malt Extract
300mg ALA
25g Glutamine
30mg Ephidrene HCL
25mg T3
80mg Clenbuterol
...

I have been training for about 12 years and after I tried the CREALEAN 2, which is an Ethyl Ester creatine, I wouldn't go back to any other creatine. I have experienced great muscle mass gains and awesome workouts with no bloating nor upset stomach. In addition to this, I use the Super Charge Extreme N.O. as a pre workout supplement, which has Nitric Oxide boosters, creatine malate (another super bioavailable form of creatine), glutamine, beta alanine, pikatropin and testosterone boosters. ed release, while being low in sugars and fats and tasting awesome. I mix mine with oatmeal or make it as a pudding (by adding a bit of water and stirring with a spoon) and dip rice cakes into it.

I am a 19 year old student and attned the gym very frequently - about 5 times a week - I have a set routine where i do chest and tris the first day, bies and back the next and shoulders the following. I continually repeat this. I have been doing it for about 6 months and am seeing some improvements. I feel that I need to do some sort of protein or supplements to increase my muscle mass. What and how should i go about this? Should i take protein while in the gym? How much protein?
