I feel bad for even asking this becuase I would have jumped all over other people for it in the past. I just out of the military, and some how... Gained a very unwanted 15lb....don't ask me how walking like 10miles and day and doing all that shit you gain fat, but I did, might have something to do with the food they fed us.... everything deep fried.. So here I am, right at the start of beach season, asking, what's the best cheat I could use? before you ask, My diet now, back to being great, running, 5-6 times a week, 45 min each time. weights hour a day, 5 days a week, good sleeping, before I went in I was sitting at 184lb at 7%... now i'm 205lb and don't even want to look at my %. What could I take to drop as much as I can in like say a month?
