I need a bad ass bicep workout!

It just seems like my biceps are the only thing on my body that I can't build up. I just started a cycle (test200 and deca300) and I'm ready to get my biceps to blow up.
Does anybody have a hardcore workout to put some size on my biceps?
I'll try anything
 
i do VERY VERY heavy bicep curls, so heavy that i have veins popping out of my head like crazy, try doing 5-8 like that, 4-5 set.

As a single set:
6 reps standard barbell curls
6 reps barbell curl palms down
6 reps hammer curls

Repeat 3 times, then do a couple of preacher curl
sets to failure.
 
They're right.i like the standing barbell curls for mass low reps..6 reps ,sometimes no higher than 8.then pick another bi exercise and do 3-4 sets.hit it hard and you won't need more than two exercises for biceps.hope i helped a little....

try this on if width is what you need...!!!
rest between sets of 60-90 sec's

db incline curls 3 sets x 7-10 reps (4-0-1)
drag curls 3 sets x 7-10 reps (2-1-1)
db hammer curls 3 sets x 7-10 (3-0-1)

in the same workout,work your tri's like this...
rest between sets of 60-90 secs

california press 3 sets x 7-10 reps (4-0-1)
inlined rope extensions 3 sets x 7-10 reps (3-0-1)
db overhead ext's 3 sets x 7-10 reps (2-0-2)

this workout was given to me by charles poliquin(seminar) to add width all over...excellent gains with this in the width department.for explanations on exercise execution,check out the poliquin principles book.have fun and try to keep from crying at the end of the workout...
 
Yeah Da Big Thinker is right on with the workout the he suggested I have personally read that before and from what I hear its great. Charles Poliquin definitely knows his shit!
