Those guys should be giving the rest of us money the way I see it!!! They make their income TAX FREE (panhandling), and it's all disposable. Meanwhile, we all got bills to pay!
Next time I see a guy asking for money, I'm going to beat him to the punch and ask HIM for some money before he gets a chance to ask me.
