I"M BACK! Looking for the chart..and phenyl prop ?

Whew..i'm back. Been away awhile. Now i'm just in a state of mass confusion...first off where is that chart that was done on Excel showing the half life of sustanon, showed how even 250mg built up over time to having a 1000+mg of test in your system. Second, i am planning on using phenylpropionate with my Eq. cycle..gee..who would think i use Eq. Anyway my Eq cycle is going to run for 10-12 weeks at 400mg a pop. I will probably divide it up with 2 shots a week. My question is how should i take the phenyl prop since its half life is 6 days..can i get away with injecting twice per week? Is front loading a good idea..i'm just utterly confused. Help me out bros. I'm also not interested in runnin the prop for the same length of my eq. cycle if i were to run it short say 6 weeks am i going to run into any problems? crashing ect. Phenyl-Propionate's half life is 3-5 days and it's longer ester then Propionate( look at Sustanon, PP is after P)
Good dosage advice, 200mg/eod , but I would run it for a week longer then EQ.

I can't help but like you, however everything i have read..posts on THIS board i found in search says it can be shot twice per week..i feel like an ass now asking for this advice and now acting like i know it all..but what i have read says..does not need to be shot as much as Prop...now someone please settle this HA

200mg EOD? run it longer then my EQ which is 12 weeks.. $7 per amp..about 21 per week..times 12..$252..uhhh screw that

You are correct, it can be shot twice per week, but because it's only 100mg/ml in order to get decent dose you will have to shoot more often then twice a week.
Even with 200mg/eod it's only 700mg/week. And that shit is painful, ouch.....

Where did you get your info that phenyl has a half life of 3-5 days? I'd like to know now myself.

Equinstein, I'd go with a cyp or enan/prop blend. Something like aratest.
