fucked up man....someone just did something similar in philly, to a 14 year old kid, because he was riding in the street and not going fast enough for the guy in the car, so he shot him....fucked up.

I've got a G23 that says someone better get me dead in one shot or run me over, but the BS law says I have to wait 90 days to get my permit back once I pay the $150 for it.
