smalls, depression is hard and sometimes right when i think i have conqured it i get slapped back by it. sometimes there is nothing left to do but stand there and take other times you have to fight back. but i can tell you if you are happy with who YOU ARE then it is a lot easier to manage.

I'm gonna start lifting tonight after getting off track from a trip to Vegas and two weeks being sick. Owww, I can already feel the soreness tomorrow, but I'm really really really looking forward to feeling it. Sick and twisted maybe, but I can't wait. I'm drinking my water now and I'm gonna lift at 8.

i tricked my school into letting me use the weight room next semester as one of my classes (we are only allowed to take 2 semesters of gym and you don't get to pick what you do in gym). i had my doctor write a note that it would be good for me because i am in physical therapy and this would help me build back certian muscular strength back in certain areas.
