I know its a dumb question to ask, but........

I need to know the differences between:

carbs ?
proteins ?
fats ?

Like which foods fall into which catergory. If I was going to eat a diet consisting of 60% fat, 35% protein, and 5% carbs during the week, what kinda daily menu would I be looking at ? and 30% fat, 10% protein, and 60% carbs on the weekends (some of u might have heard of this diet) same thing. Maybe there are some websites u could direct me 2 which outline specific foods and their content of these substances ?

Go to the book store and buy a book on sports nutretion. Or any book on weight lifting. The new book that Arnold put out has alot of info.

ryker77: I dont need a book on nutrition, I just wanted to make sure I catergorized high carb foods and high protein foods in the right catergories, and peeches verified that I knew the correct ones.

strenghtmonster: I have been doing research, and I dont want to waste my time, Im not doing anything until my research is done

1. I was not flaming you, I was offering you some sensible advice. If I was flaming you I would have called you a dumb fuck, who is jumping straight on gear without knowing anything about them.

2. This discussion board has a SEARCH facility with thousands of archives designed to help people like you out. The newbie post to this site actually states that you use it before posting repetative questions that we have all seen 1000's of times before. You also began the name calling in this piece of text.

As the principles of this board is not to flame anybody but at the same way do not post uneducated questions

You might go to google.com or yahoo.com or whatever and search for whatever you needs, it isn't a hard work but it's very simple, I think that this would be better than posting here and waiting a lot of days till somebody respond

just search and know whatever you wanna know
for opinions then post here, this board is not for educating newbies but for adding notes, recommendations & opinions only
