I need to know the differences between:
carbs ?
proteins ?
fats ?
Like which foods fall into which catergory. If I was going to eat a diet consisting of 60% fat, 35% protein, and 5% carbs during the week, what kinda daily menu would I be looking at ? and 30% fat, 10% protein, and 60% carbs on the weekends (some of u might have heard of this diet) same thing. Maybe there are some websites u could direct me 2 which outline specific foods and their content of these substances ?
