This supplier of mine came to meet me about 2 months ago. We've talked on the tel and email only until that time.
Today I requested a large quote from him and he sent it back. Total $14,000.
He says "hey do you have any pics"
I replied "sure" and sent him a cute pic of me and my cat
He replies back "you rock, see new quote"
He just took $1200 off the quote.
My other supplier quoted $14,300 so I know he already gave me the best price.
Should I feel bad? Should I send a pic with every quote request? ;-)
