so they better be saying the truth about the skin tightening effect...

i read that this stuff is actually just releasing water from within the fat cells. so u lose excess water retension around the area you put it on but not actual fat loss because as soon as you rehydrate yourself fully everything comes back to normal. anyone else have any other ideas

i don't know, but for what it is, that stuff is really expensive, so i hope it works out for u. the stuff at gnc is $89 which could buy 2 or 3 bottles of prop

it will do little or nothing for bodyfat, but will help with local water retention--- a tightening of the skin is often concurrent.

but you might want to try preparation h.. most people get the same effect FOR a LOT LESS.

you may want to add nutrients that improve skin elasticity.. flax oil being one that may help.

and yeah macro , I just started taking 2 tablespoons a day of flaxseed oil ( massquantities ) , it is suposed to be good stuff .

I will try the thiomucase and let you guys know about the results .
